Jeff came to Penticton in 1978 and he has been going to court for thirty years. In his early years, Jeff was a federal prosecutor and criminal defence lawyer, in addition to doing personal injury work. For many years now almost all of Jeff's work has been to help innocent victims injured in car crashes.

Jeff is a member of the Trial Lawyer's Association of B.C, B.C. Paraplegic Association, Brain Association of B.C. and the South Okanagan Similkameen Brain Injury Society where he was a longstanding Director. He has been to Court in various places throughout the province, as well as the Yukon Territory, Alberta and Ottawa.
