Mike has been practicing Criminal Law in Penticton since 1970 and with almost 40 years of experience is one of the most senior Trial Lawyers in British Columbia.
Early in his career, he was a Federal Prosecutor and Wire Tap Agent involved in complex Criminal Litigation throughout British Columbia.   For the last 25 years he has spent the majority of his time defending clients who have been charged with Drug Offences and Criminal Code Drinking and Driving matters in all areas of British Columbia.
Mike is a member of both the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia as well as the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Mike also makes it a practice to give his clients a free case evaluation, prior to agreeing to act as Counsel in Criminal matters.  With his years of Court Room experience, he is able to separate the wheat from the chaff and give his clients the benefits of all factual and constitutional defenses that are legally available to them.
